1. Agreement & Services

• The Forever Stories ("we," "us," or "our") provides photography and videography services for weddings, engagements, couple shoots, baby showers, parties, portrait captures, housewarming events, and other events (collectively, "Events").  These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between The Forever Stories and the client ("you" or "your").

2. Booking, Fees and Payment Terms

• To book an Event, you must fill out our contact form and submit it.

• Upon submitting the photography brief, you agree to the mutually agreed-upon price (the "Agreed Price").

• A 20% deposit is required to hold your Event date.

• The remaining balance must be paid in full after your Event is completed and before deliverables are created.

3. Deliverables

• We will deliver approximately 50-60 professionally edited images per hour of coverage. This number may vary depending on Event activity.

• Raw images are not included in the standard package and will be provided upon separate request and may incur additional fees.

• Edited video highlight will be 3-4 minutes long and Entire event video will be approximately 10-15 minutes (length may vary depending on event activities).

4. Travel

• The Forever Stories covers travel up to 30 km in total from our base location. Events outside this area may incur additional travel fees.

5. Event Duration & Extensions

• If your Event extends beyond the contracted hours, we will notify you before the agreed-upon time ends to discuss extending coverage. Extended coverage may incur additional fees.

• Special requests made after the contract is signed may require additional payment.

6. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your Event and receive a full refund if you cancel at least 7 days prior to the Event date.

• We encourage you to consider a credit towards a future shoot instead of canceling.

7. Copyright & Usage

• We retain all copyrights to the photos and videos captured during your Event.

• You can use the delivered images for any personal, non-commercial purposes.

8. Editing & Delivery

• You agree to our editing style. If you have specific editing requests, please communicate them clearly before deliverables are provided.

• The typical turnaround time for edited photos is 1-2 weeks and videos is 2-3 weeks. Unavoidable circumstances or complex Events may extend this timeframe.

9. Revisions

• We offer one round of revisions for photos and videos. Additional revisions may incur an extra fee. Revisions must be reasonable and limited to minor changes. We will not revise entire videos or all photos.

9. Force Majeure

• We reserve the right to cancel or postpone your Event due to weather or other unavoidable circumstances. We will work with you to reschedule your Event if possible.

10. Confidentiality

• We collect your personal information solely to fulfil our services and will not share it with any other businesses or individuals.

11. Equipment Damage

• In the unfortunate event that a guest damages our equipment, the client agrees to cooperate fully with us to identify the responsible guest and recover the cost of repairs or replacements.

17. Professional Conduct

• We expect all guests to treat our team with respect throughout the Event.

• Any inappropriate or disruptive behavior towards our team may result in us terminating our services without a refund.
